Being the home of the world's highest mountain, Everest, Nepal also offers cultural diversity, history, landscape, and natural sources, so Nepal is a perfect place to spend vacations. Trekking in Nepal is one of the travelers' favorite tourist activities. The scenic Himalayas of the country attract thousands of trekkers every year. Trekking in Nepal may be an excellent way to explore the people's lifestyle, traditions, rituals, and daily activities.

Major Trekking Routes are the trails that many trekkers visit yearly during the main Trekking seasons in Nepal. Everest Base Camp

The Everest Base Camp Trek is in high demand in Nepal. Trekkers and mountain lovers may desire to see the tallest mountain in the world and be at its Base Camp. The Base Camp Trek is in the Sagarmatha National Park, one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Thousands of visitors visit Nepal every Trekking season.

Trek to the Everest Base Camp starts with a scenic mountain flight to Lukla from Kathmandu. After you land at the world's most exciting airport, the main Everest trail crosses some beautiful Sherpa villages, Chheplung, Thadokosi, and Ghat. Phakding reached where the trekkers spent the first night of the Everest Base Camp Trek. Leaving Phakding behind and crossing five different suspension bridges over the Dudh Koshi River, the trail leads to Namche Bazaar. Namche Bazaar is a beautiful mountain town in the Khumbu region. Visiting the Tengboche monastery and getting a blessing from the Lama makes the Everest Base Camp a spiritual trip.

The Base Camp Trek is a 12-day journey from Kathmandu to Kathmandu. It takes eight days to reach the Base Camp and four days to return. Annapurna Circuit

The Annapurna Circuit is the best in Nepal for its variation of scenery. This 14-day adventure Annapurna Circuit starts from a low elevation and reaches 5,416 (Throng La Pass). Around the Annapurna trek is the Annapurna Conservation Area, Nepal's most significant conservation area. The Annapurna Circuit Trek has been divided into complete and half circuits. The half Annapurna Circuit Trek ends with a flight to Pokhara from Jomsom, which is 12 days Trek, and the whole circuit is 18 days via the Poon Hill trail. The world's highest lake (Tilicho) is also in this region, and people may visit within 3-4 extra days from the standard itinerary.

Annapurna Circuit begins with a drive to Bhulbhule by a public bus or private transport and a trek to Ngadi on the first day. The trail leads to Manang, passing Chyamche, Dharapani, Chame, and Pisang before the world's most significant pass (Throng La), then meets the other side of Muktinath. They are leaving Manang behind after the pass arrives in Mustang, which is known as a high mountain desert. Walking three days from Muktinath, Tatopani reached here trekkers can enjoy with hot pool (Natural hot spring) and Trek towards Poon Hill for mesmerizing Annapurna and Dhaulagiri Mountain View with unblock sunrise and trek down to Nayapul to end this Adventure Trek.

The Annapurna Base Camp is also known as theAnnapurna Sanctuary Trek. During the high trekking season in Nepal, a couple of hundred visitors visit every day. This Annapurna Base Camp is in the Annapurna Conservation Area. Local people from this Trekking Region are Magar and Gurung, who are famous for the Gurkha regiment. The Annapurna Region has the highest number of trekkers than other regions in Nepal.

The Annapurna Base Camp starts from Pokhara with a drive to Nayapul and treks through Ulleri, Ghorepani, Tadapani, Chhomrong, Himalaya, Deurali, Machhapuchchhre Base Camp, and Annapurna Base Camp following the Modi river valley. Poon Hill, Annapurna Base Camp, and a natural hot spring are the main attractions of this Trek, with Gurung and Magar culture, traditional villages, waterfalls, green hills, and more. Trekking in autumn and spring is the best season, but there are trekkers every season.

Manaslu Circuit

The Manaslu Circuit is an Adventure Trek in Nepal. This is a popular Trekking trail nowadays. This restricted Trekking trail has more visitors after the road construction over the Annapurna Circuit Trek. Crossing Larke La pass during this Trek is one of the most challenging days, but other days are usually manageable. Three different permits are required for this Trek Manaslu special permit, the Manaslu Conservation permit, and the Annapurna Conservation permit, because the tour ends in the Annapurna Conservation Area.

The Around Manaslu Trek starts with a public bus or a private transport to Soti Khola. The tour leads to Dharmasala passing Machha Khola, Jagat, Deng, Namrung, Lho Gaun, Samagaun, and Samdo before crossing the Larke La pass and Trekking to Bhimtang. Most Trekking days are in the Gorkha district, known as the land of the brave Gurkhas, then Manang reached. After crossing Manang, the Trek ends in Lamjung and drives back to Kathmandu.

Ghorepani Poon Hill

The Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek is a short, easy, and sweet Trek in Nepal. This Trek is also known as the Ghorepani Ghandruk Circuit Trek, mini Annapurna Circuit Trek, and Ghandruk Circuit Trek. Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek is suitable for beginners, students, families, and honeymooners, but every excursionist can enjoy this Trek. This Trekking Route has more trekkers than other Trekking in Nepal because the visitors have a short holiday in Nepal, and this Trek is their first choice for them.

This Poon Hill trek begins from Pokhara with a short drive to Nayapul, and the trail leads through Ulleri, Ghorepani; visit Poon Hill for the sunrise, Tadapani, Ghandruk, then Treks to Nayapul at the end. Blooming cherry blossoms in autumn and rhododendrons in spring make this trekking trail more beautiful. Annapurna Massif, Dhaulagiri mountain range, rivers, waterfall, local settlements, wildlife, vegetation, and many more attractions attract tourists to this region.

Langtang Valley

The Langtang Valley Trek is an easy Trek in Nepal. It has fewer visitors than other Trekking Routes, but exploring the mountains, culture, and religion is a lovely Trek. This Trekking trail was severely affected by the earthquake in 2015. The people from the Langtang Region are similar to the Tibetans but are Tamang people. Langtang Valley is in the Langtang National Park, the best national park for birdwatchers. There are more than 300 species of birds in this national park.

Driving through the hillside road by public or a mode of private transport, Syabrubesi reached where the Trek begins. Walk to Lama Hotel on the first day, then trek to Kyanjin Gompa via Langtang village, the last destination of this Trek. After exploring Kyanjin, RI, or Tserko, RI, the trail leads back the same way to Syabrubesi and drives back to Kathmandu. It is a 7-day Trek in Nepal.
