Not just the high snow-capped white mountains, you will also enjoy walking inside a dense forest of rhododendron, pine, oak, and other trees, with bamboo bushes. There are numerous tranquil waterfalls and streams on the Khopra Danda route.
Suppose you are on this trip in spring. In that case, you will see magnificently blooming rhododendron flowers in the forest and Himalayan Cherry Blossoms in the lower area, where you start the journey to Khopra Danda and Mulde Viewpoint.
Typical villages with traditional buildings, rural lifestyles, and locals' daily activities are other highlights of the Khopra Danda Trekking. You will have a food menu available everywhere with a variety of options, so you do not have to stick to local foods during the trek. You can choose any food course from the menu for your main course. However, the Nepalese dish (Dal Bhat) is the best and is a complete meal. You can get as much as you can finish at the exact cost.
The guesthouses and restaurants sell bottled water, which you can buy everywhere. However, it costs more than the city water. You can also drink regular tap water by filling a bottle. Remember to use purification tablets or sterilizers before drinking it.

You can charge your camera battery and other electronic devices at the lodges where you stay. Also, there are WiFi services in the guesthouses. Still, the lodges charge for internet access and battery charging in some places. Each Day, Walking Hours in Khopra Trek
On the Khopra Trek, you walk 6-7 hours daily. The trails are both uphill and downhill, but they are manageable. The second, third, and last days are longer than the other days on the Khopra Danda walking package.
Safety is Essential
You will walk on the ridge with narrow surfaces, as on the third, fourth, and fifth days. The trail will be slippery if there is snow, so be careful walking there. You may see some Yak Shad in some places or walk close to the trail. Do not try to go close to them, especially if the baby yak is close to the mother yak. Also, please be careful if the yak and other animals move upwards from the walking trail. Don't stand directly below the animals to take their photos. The stones may fall from their movement.
