Day 1
Drive to Phulbari gate and Hike to Jamacho hill.
After breakfast at the hotel, we meet our nature guide with private transport and drive to the Phulbari gate, where the army checkpoint is located. We take a national park permit here and hike upwards through pine and other tree forests. We see lots of birds during our hike. Once we reach the top, we visit the monastery and cave and enjoy the best view of the Kathmandu Valley and the scenic mountains on a clear day, then hike back to where the hike started and drive back to the hotel.
