Before booking, I was not sure whether to trek to Everest Base Camp only or trek to EBC and further go to Gokyo Ri crossing Chola on the way. After reading some blogs comparing those two, I was convinced that EBC-Gokyo would be great. And now after completing it I am suggesting everyone to expand their trek to EBC with Chola Pass and Gokyo Ri. These 15 days were amazing, the feeling of standing at Everest Base Camp was like a dream coming true, and moreover, the view from Gokyo Ri was just absolutely stunning - I was so amazed! Thanks to our fantastic guide Rajesh for being so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. On the hard days ascending uphill he was encouraging and made sure we all were feeling well. I felt completely safe and in good hands. I would highly recommend trekking with Rajesh and Frolic Adventure.
