Pre-Trip Meeting and Trek Preparation Day (Optional, Kathmandu Cultural Heritage Tour)
Today, you have a short meeting with Frolic Adventure's manager to talk about the trip. After the meeting, you are free for the whole day, so we suggest a 5-6-hour Kathmandu Cultural Tour; it is really worth it. You can visit four UNESCO World Heritage Sites Kathmandu Durbar Square (Hanuman Dhoka Palace), Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple), Pashupatinath (Open Cremation), and Bouddhanath and learn about ancient Nepalese history, culture tradition, ethnic groups, festivals, art, architecture, believes, religion, and more including recent political changes, developement, and progress with geographical structure of Nepal from tour guide and stay overnight in the hotel after managing and packing trekking gear.

Day 3
Fly to Lukla (2,840 m/9,317 feet) trek to Phakding (2,610 m/8,562 feet) 3 hours.
In the early morning, we will take a flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. The flight passes over the high mountains, offering enchanting views of Everest and other peaks. The flight dives deep into the Dudh Koshi valley. After a 40-minute flight, we will reach Lukla. On reaching Lukla, we will have lunch and head toward Phakding. We will spend the night at Phakding.

Day 4
Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m / 11,286 feet) 6-7 hours.
The trail continues along the north of the Dudh Koshi Valley. It passes through the dense forests, crossing some local suspension bridges over the Dudh Koshi River before reaching the Monjo village. After completing the paperwork at the entrance gate of Sagarmatha National Park, we will continue a short distance to the town of Jorsalle. The trail continues through the forested area, offering magnificent views of the mountains, including Kusum Khangkaru (6,367 m), Thamserku (6,608 m), Everest (8,848 m), and Nuptse (7,879 m), and leads us to Namche Bazaar. Overnight stay at Namche Bazaar.

We will start our day with a pleasant walk through the beautiful forests along the way. Walking along the trail for about one hour, we will reach Phunki Tenga. The trail mostly passes through forested areas, and a few water-powered prayer wheels take us to Tengboche. From Tengboche Monastery, we can enjoy magnificent mountain views of Ama Dablam (6856 m), Everest (8848 m), Nuptse (7861 m), Lhotse (8414 m), and many other peaks. Overnight stay at Tengboche.

We will follow the same trail back down to Monjo. We will track the route through the dense forests until we reach Namche Bazaar, then descend to Monjo. The trek follows the Imja River and traverses the forested trails along the national park. Exploring the unique ancient culture of Khumjung village, Buddhist traditions, and the rural lifestyle of the region's inhabitants, this trekking route offers a more accessible way to view the world’s highest mountain range. Descending from Namche, we go down to Jorsalle and then to Monjo. Overnight stay at Monjo.

From Monjo, the trail goes to Bengkar, and we arrive at Lukla and relish views of the Kongde range and Thamserku (6608 m). Overnight stay at Lukla.

As we bid farewell to the Everest region in the Everest Panorama Trek, we can also plan for an extended trip to Everest. We will be invited to a farewell dinner tonight by Frolic Adventure.
